On April 24, 2024, Monex Group, Inc. acquired the majority stake of Canadian digital asset fund manager, 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc. for an aggregate purchase price of approximately US$46 million.
This acquisition will strengthen Monex’s asset management capabilities and help achieve growth through the capture of institutional crypto asset management investors.
