On March 16, 2022, Talent.com announced it had completed its US$120 million Series B financing round led by iNovia Capital, with participation from CDPQ, Investissement Québec, Climb Ventures, BDC Capital, Fondaction, and HarbourVest Partners. With this financing, Talent.com plans to double its size by the end of the year, as well as invest in experience and product in order to compete as the whole sector shifts from a cost-per-click (CPC) to cost-per-acquisition (CPA) model.

iNovia Capital is a Montréal-based venture capital firm which invests in founders to build enduring global technology companies.

Talent.com is a Montréal-based job search platform.
