On October 4, 2021, Enbridge Inc. completed its three tranche public offering consisting of US$500 million 3.4% senior notes, US$500 million 0.55% senior notes and US$500 million 1.6% senior notes. The offerings have aggregate proceeds of approximately US$1.5 billion and were made through a syndicate of underwriters with Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., MUFJ Securities Americas Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. acting as book runners and including SG Americas Securities, LLC, Truist Securities, Inc., Loop Capital Markets LLC and Academy Securities, Inc. as underwriters. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, investment in securities, repayment of existing debt and working capital.

Enbridge Inc. is a North American energy infrastructure company specializing in liquids pipelines, gas distribution and storage and renewable power generation.
