Counsel to Dumas Holdings Inc. in connection with the receivership proceedings of the Tercon Group commenced by Dumas in the Supreme Court of British Columbia under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the British Columbia Law and Equity Act. The Tercon Group, subsidiaries of Dumas, are a Canadian-based provider of heavy civil construction and site development services in the mining industry.
