On June 11, 2019, Dream Office REIT announced its $322.5 million sale of the almost million-square-foot Gauchetière Street West to Allied Properties.

Dream Office REIT is a real estate investment trust that is focused on owning, leasing and managing well-located, high quality office properties. Dream owns office buildings across Canada and approximately 8.5 million square feet of gross leasable area.
