On March 22, 2023, Dream Industrial REIT completed a private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 5.383% Senior Unsecured Debentures. The Debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.

Dream Industrial REIT is a real estate investment trust specialized in geographically diversified industrial properties.
