On September 13, 2024, Quorum Cyber announced its acquisition of Difenda. Collectively the companies will strengthen their leadership position as a leader of Microsoft Security services and accelerate its global expansion and scale meaningfully into new regions.

Quorum Cyber operates as an accelerated securities company and operates in the U.K. and North America.
