On May 3, 2022, Chorus Aviation, a global provider of integrated regional aviation solutions, announced that Brookfield, through its Special Investments program, and together with institutional partners, completed its strategic equity investment in Chorus Aviation in connection with Chorus Aviation’s acquisition of Falko Regional Aircraft Limited and equity interests in certain aircraft funds managed by Falko. Conditional upon closing the acquisition, Brookfield will invest US$374 million in Chorus, including US$300 million of preferred equity and US$74 million of common equity.
