On January 3, 2025, Trane Technologies announced its acquisition of BrainBox AI. Through this acquisition, Trane Technologies aspires to reduce its carbon footprint of commercial buildings with the use of Brainbox AI’s tools.
BrainBox AI is a Montréal-based technology firm specializing in building automation and grid-interactive buildings AI to address the energy transition challenge.
