On March 23, 2021, Quadient completed its acquisition of Beanworks for approximately CAD$104 million (EUR$70 million). The all-cash transaction grants Quadient 96% of Beanworks. The acquisition supports Quadient’s growth strategy and brings advanced cloud based accounts payable automation capabilities to Quadient’s software portfolio. The transaction will accelerate the expansion of Beanworks’ SaaS solutions.
