On March 2, 2022, BBH Capital Partners announced that they have entered into an investment agreement with Synex Business Performance Group for $120 million. The substantial minority equity investment from BBH Capital allows Synex to accelerate growth while remaining majority-owned and controlled by employees.

BBH Capital Partners is a private equity strategy of Brown Brothers Harriman that provides highly customized capital solutions to growth-oriented companies.

Synex Business Performance is an acquisition company that owns the Synex Insurance brand.
