Battery Ventures in its $150 million acquisition of TrueContext Corporation

On May 16, 2024, Battery Ventures announced the completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of TrueContext Corporation for $1.07 per share in cash.

Upon completion of the transaction, TrueContext became a privately held company.
