On February 27, 2023, Atlas Global Brands announced that they entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GreenSeal Cannabis Company Ltd. And GreenSeal Nursery. This acquisition will enable Atlas Global Brands to excel their production capability by approximately 3,500 kg and add a nursery program which will increase their global footprint.
Altas Global Brands is a cannabis company with operations in Canada and Israel. The company owns two licensed cannabis facilities, five medical pharmacies and one trading house.
GreenSeal is a licensed producer of cannabis.
