ADENTRA Inc. in its Bought Deal Public Offering of Common Shares

On June 12, 2024, ADENTRA Inc. completed its bought deal public offering of 2,582,900 common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $100,087,375. The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters with National Bank Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc. acting as co-bookrunners.

ADENTRA is one of North America’s largest distributors of architectural building products to the residential, repair and remodel, and commercial construction markets.
