On September 6, 2024, Moment Factory Studios Inc. announced its sale and issuance of shares to Financière Outremont Inc. (an investment company owned by Mr. Pierre Karl Péladeau) for a minority participation.
Moment Factory, based in Montréal, is a multimedia studio specializing in the conception and production of immersive environments with international exposure. Since its founding, the studio has grown to more than 450 employees, with satellite offices in places like Paris and New York. In that time, Moment Factory has spearheaded projects ranging from the Super Bowl halftime show to tours with artists like Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish and 100 Gecs.
