A new book on Canadian tax disputes, featuring contributions from several Osler lawyers, has been published by the Canadian Tax Foundation and is available for purchase.
Tax Disputes in Canada: The Path Forward addresses both opportunities and challenges in the context of tax controversy and advances new thinking about a better system. The book was co-edited by Osler’s Pooja Mihailovich and is comprised of 28 chapters by academics, members of the tax bench, and leading practitioners from the private bar and the Department of Justice (Canada).
