Osler has again been recognized in the GRR 100 2024 list for the seventh consecutive year. The annual list, published by Global Restructuring Review, ranks the world’s leading law firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. This year’s edition features 155 firms from 40 jurisdictions.

Global Restructuring Review determines its rankings based on an extensive research process that includes a series of detailed questionnaires sent to hundreds of law firms around the world. Included in the captured information is a history of a firm’s restructuring and insolvency practices and notable past cases.

This ranking upholds Osler as having a leading insolvency and restructuring practice in Canada.  “Osler is a market leader in the practice of corporate restructuring and insolvency in Canada,” says KSV Advisory managing director Noah Goldstein. “Osler often leads the largest and most complex cross-border mandates acting for debtors, bondholders and court-officers.”

Osler’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Group is consistently recognized by leading industry publications for its wide-ranging and top-tier legal expertise in resolving the most compelling business challenges. The group’s team-based, multi-disciplinary approach enables it to deliver innovative and integrated solutions for complex business-critical matters.
