Lindsay has experience in a broad range of corporate-commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, construction and infrastructure (including nuclear and wind energy projects), class actions, product liability, administrative and regulatory issues, and environmental law and litigation. Lindsay has appeared as counsel at various levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal. Lindsay has also developed extensive alternative dispute resolution experience, including several large and complex mediations and arbitration proceedings. Lindsay returned to Osler as an associate in 2010 after summering at the firm in 2008 and articling in 2009. While at the University of Western Ontario, Lindsay formed part of a winning moot team in a national corporate and securities competition.
