Min is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Min received his J.D. from University of Toronto, where he worked as a Research Assistant for Associate Dean, Christopher Essert. Min also was an Upper Year Executive for the Business Law Society, a Senior Editor at the Critical Analysis of Law Review and the Operations Lead for the U of T Legal Hackers team.
Prior to law school, Min obtained an M.Sc. degree in Interdisciplinary Oncology and has published numerous research papers on cancer therapeutics.
Min joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and completed his articles with the firm in 2023.
