Cayley obtained her Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Consumer Behaviour from Western University.
After her first year of law school, Cayley worked as a Summer Law Student at the National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA), where she researched and drafted briefs in support of players’ salary arbitration cases.
