Nicole is an associate in our Corporate group. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate finance, environmental, social and corporate governance and continuous disclosure compliance.
Prior to joining Osler, Nicole was an associate at another leading national law firm.
