Osler is proud to announce that its Intellectual Property group has once again been recognized by IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals (the IAM Patent 1000).
Maintaining its position in the Gold tier for Patent Litigation this year, the IAM Patent 1000 remarked that “peers and clients alike attest to Osler’s stellar reputation. Possessing exceptional skills in both litigation and transactional mandates, the group approaches each case with a laser-like concentration on the unique business needs of the clientele.”
In the 2024 edition of the prestigious rankings, Osler also earned Gold Status in Patent Transactions and Silver status in Patent Prosecution.
Partner Brad White, Chair of Osler’s Intellectual Property team, earned a Gold ranking in the Patent Litigation category and is recommended for Patent Prosecution.
As well, partners Nathaniel Lipkus and Faylene Lunn are ranked Silver and Bronze respectively for Patent Litigation.
Jean-Nicolas Delage, a partner in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, has been ranked Highly Recommended for Patent Transactions.
The IAM Patent 1000 mentions Brad White, Nathaniel Lipkus and Faylene Lunn’s work for Biocon Biologics Limited (BBL), describing “in a closely watched public hearing for the largest ongoing pharmaceutical patent litigation in Canada, the trio recently secured a key victory for BBL regarding one of its major drugs”. They also note that “Jean-Nicolas Delage, thrives in helping emerging companies with their IP strategy and transactions, thereby increasing the value of their businesses.”
