Oak Street Real Estate Capital in the acquisition of Western Canadian Place

On November 22, 2021, Oak Street Real Estate completed its acquisition of Western Canadian Place in Calgary, an office tower complex located in the downtown core. This transaction marks the second largest real estate transaction in Calgary this year. The transaction also involved a portfolio of grocery-anchored retail sites across Canada, and various other acquisitions and sales.
