On January 7, 2020, Q4 Inc. and S&P Global Market Intelligence announced a strategic alliance to transition S&P Global Market Intelligence Investor Relations (IR) webhosting business to Q4 Inc. The alliance allows both parties to focus on their core competencies, and ensures that existing and future clients have access to IR tools, data and services.

Q4 Inc. is a Toronto based, global provider of cloud-based software with a focus on providing investor relations and capital markets solutions.

S&P Global Market Intelligence is a division of S&P Global which has a focus on providing decision making data, insights and analytics to individuals, companies and governments.
