On September 27 2019, the Province of British Columbia closed an offering of US$1.25 billion aggregate principal amount 1.750% bonds, Series BCUSG-10, due September 27, 2024.

TD Securities (USA) LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp., CIBC World Markets Corp., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, National Bank of Canada Financial Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., BofA Securities, Inc., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Bank plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Société Générale acted as underwriters on the deal.

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt acted as Canadian counsel to the syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities (USA) LLC with a team led by Trevor Scott (Corporate) and including Patrick Sullivan (Corporate).
