On December 18, 2017, Reliance LP completed a private placement of $400,000,000 of 3.836% Senior Secured Notes due March 15, 2025.

Reliance LP is a Canadian company offering water heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment rental services through its subsidiary Reliance Home Comfort LP.
