On June 11, 2015, Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., a US-based healthcare property investor, completed its acquisition of a nine property seniors housing portfolio in Canada from the Leo Brown Group, LLC for an estimated gross purchase price of $170.5 million. The acquisition marks Sabra’s first foray into the Canadian market.
